Mrs. Joy Leffers has been a teacher at the Tri-Cities school for six years, and has taught school for 16 years total.  She currently teaches grades K-2 and is the principal at  Tri-Cities.
Her favorite thing about teaching is simply “her kids”.  She feels Christian education is important because her ultimate goal is to see her students in heaven.  She feels that the Christian atmosphere makes the classroom more like a family.
Out of her classroom, Mrs. Joy loves spending time with her husband.  She likes  to decorate her house and work in her yard and spend time with her cats.
Ed Stokeley is our newest  addition to the Tri-Cities School teaching staff. While this is his first year at Tri-Cities, he has been teaching school for 25 years and recently relocated here from Florida. Currently he teaches all subjects in grades 3-8.
Mr. Stokeley says he loves the excitement of his students as they learn new concepts, and he loves the Adventist principle of teaching with Christ first in every subject.  To him, Christian education is a gift from parents and churches to our children that gives them a foundation early in life.
Out of the classroom Mr. Stokeley loves spending time with his wife Susan and their daughter Rebecca.  They love to camp together, travel, and build things, and care for their many animals including a donkey, two horses, many cats and dogs, turtles, chickens, and even four turkeys.
